On Saturday, Dec. 6, former Grand Junction Central High School standout Cash Walker’s current collegiate team the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons lost 28-34 against the Harding Bison in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The game took place at First Security Stadium at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Harding Bison in the tournament.
