During the 2022-23 school year, school administrators in Plateau Valley School District No. 50 handed out 32 disciplinary actions, according to the Colorado Department of Education. That’s a decrease from the previous school year.
White students suffered the most disciplinary actions (115.6%).
In comparison, Hispanic or Latino students made up 9.5%, white students accounted for 87.9%, multiracial students for 2.6% of overall enrollment in Mesa schools during 2022-23.
