Effective March 16th Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order 36 took effect replacing Minimum Wage Orders which only covered four industries. Many companies may be unaware of the wide range of impacts of this order regarding who is eligible for overtime, what constitutes time worked, payable travel time, and much more. Officials from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment will be featured in a Chamber webinar on Thursday, October 15th 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM explaining the rule and answering questions.
