Colorado State junior Lucy Matheson has been named Mountain West Swimmer of the Week, while Nevada sophomore Lucia Gabino was selected MW Diver of the Week, and Colorado State’s Alexis Trietley has earned MW Freshman of the Week.

LUCY MATHESON, COLORADO STATE
Junior, Longmont, Colorado/ Longmont HS
- Helped Colorado State extend its dual win streak to 17, with a 152-148 win over Denver.
- Won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 56.54.
- Won the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:03.70.
- Won the 100-yard fly with a time of 55.30, the fastest in the Mountain West this season.
- Assisted in the 200-yard medley relay who placed second.
LUCIA GABINO, NEVADA
Sophomore, Madrid, Spain/ Ies Ortega Y Gasset
- Helped Nevada take down Fresno State, 173-172.
- Won the 3-meter dive with a score of 324.38.
- Finished third in the 1- meter with a score of 282.75.
ALEXIS TRIETLEY, COLORADO STATE
Olean, New York/ Olean HS
- Played a large part in Colorado State’s dual win streak extension, winning two individual events over Denver.
- Won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.21.
- Posted the two best 50 free times in the Mountain West this season.
- Won the 100-yard free with a time of 50.98.
- Anchored the winning 400 free relay that won with a split time of 50.03, bringing the Rams out of a five-point deficit.
- Anchored the 200-yard medley relay, coming in second with a split time of 22.67.
